This includes pain and stress relief, which can lead to a reduced need for medicine and an overall healthier life. Listening to music helps improve memory while also reducing the risk of decreasing mental health or depression. Blood pressure improvement and heart health im-provement are some results of listening to classical music. Songs are age appropriate and seniors can request a certain song.
